The check-in process was smooth. I received traditional welcome drinks and a necklace! The games room was useful for my family. My kids enjoyed it. The food for breakfast and dinner was very good, with many options. The pool and beach were great. My room was excellent. Everything felt wonderful.
The live cooking stations at Palm Kitchen require better management. I waited a long time for a simple dosa. Staff shortages meant delayed service, especially during peak hours. This situation happened every day , very disappointing.

the room included a nespresso machine and a kettle for hot beverages i also found bathrobes and slippers in the closet the bathroom provided toiletries from a well-known brand. the fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes it also included a selection of free weights and yoga mats the pool area featured twenty loungers with shaded sections available. the hotel also has multiple restaurants with varied cuisines
